The biggest difference is the short-term versus long-term costs. With the lump sum, you pay a one-time fee for the project, while with the monthly plan, you are spreading out the cost over time. Over time you'll likely save money with the lump sum, but paying a smaller monthly fee is more manageable for many businesses. It all comes down to cash flow and short- versus long-term goals.

Yes, we offer add-ons to any of our plans, typically with a 12 month commitment. This helps us plan for the future and ensures we can continue to support you long-term. We can also work out a custom plan for you if you need something specific.

The Monthly plan is contract-based and typically starts with a minimum 12 month commitment, and after that is month to month. You can cancel anytime after the contract commitment time has passed. If you do decide to cancel, we have options to help you with the transition, whether that is shutting down the site, paying a one-time transfer fee, or other options.

We prioritize building long-term relationships with our clients, and hope our clients reciprocate. We also understand that sometimes things change out of our control. Typically, you would be responsible for the full remaining contract amount, but we are happy to find a solution that works for both parties.

Many simple websites require 5 or less pages, but we find that a lot of websites need more than 5 pages, and we offer a $100/page fee after the first 5 pages. This is a one-time fee, and you can add as many pages as you need. There is no limit to the number of pages you can add, and we can offer discounts for larger projects.

Our invoicing software Wave securely handles the payments, and you can pay with Apple Pay or any major card: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, and American Express. Invoices are sent via email, and you can also set up recurring payments for the Monthly plan.

Some projects are just more complex than others, whether that is due to complex business logic, custom API integrations, building out an e-commerce store, scaffolding a Content Management System (CMS), or other unique requirements. With nearly two decades of experience each, we have the expertise to handle even the most complex projects. We offer a custom plan for these projects, and we can work with you to design a plan that works best for you.
